Iman has more than 20 years of audit and assurance experience in manufacturing, service, banking and finance, oil & gas, foundation, non-government organization, state- owned enterprises, and publicly listed company. Prior to joining KAP AJ, he worked as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young Jakarta (1998 to 2002) and manager/partner at KAP Drs. A Salam Rauf & Rekan (2006 to 2021). He also previously lectures part-time at Bina Nusantara University (2006 to 2008).

He obtained master in management and bachelor in accounting from Universitas Indonesia. He holds CPA certification from IAPI, and CA certification from IAI, and is registered in Financial Services Authority Capital Market
