Marshall has over 13 years of experience in serving audit, assurance, management consulting, advisory, tax planning, and accounting services. He has audit experience in (PSAK, IFRS, and other) reporting requirements such as S-Ox, TP Doc, and Tax Due Diligence for local/private companies, multinationals, and publicly listed firms. He is trusted to provide advice and consultation in managing client growth.

His industry experience in the manufacturing, construction, real estate, technology, M&T, E&R, and industrial, services, trade and distribution, retail, and non-profit organizations. Formerly, Marshall served as a senior manager at Deloitte (2014-2024). He holds the Associate Certified Public Accountant of Indonesia (AICPA) certification from the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI).
